How do you do that? Because im working on a blanket and the theme is Doctor Who.

It's easy. First covered the background spray with oil paint in blue color, I added a light blue nebula, then brush painted white dots - stars. I made a template of the four-armed star and I filled it with white or blue oil paint, and I used a piece of sponge dipped in white paint. Have fun
